Cancellation Policy for On-Site Residential Programs: If you cancel 90 days or more before the program begins you are entitled to a full refund less a $25 cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 90 days but at least 60 days before the program begins, you will be refunded one half of your deposit, along with any balance of tuition you have paid. If you cancel less than 60 days but at least 30 days before the program begins, your deposit will not be refunded, but any balance of tuition will be refunded. If you cancel less than 30 days before the program begins, you will receive no refund of deposit or tuition. In special cases, a portion of the amount paid can be transferred to next year's summer residential program at director's discretion. We regret the need for such a policy, but the limited space available in the program requires that registrations be firm well in advance of the program. Thank you.
